The process

Step by step, for each visa.

Each visa has its own process. Choose yours to see who qualifies, what to send, and every step until your Emirates ID arrives.

7 to 14 working daysThe whole 10-year Golden Visa process, from your documents to your Emirates ID.

  1. Step 1: Send your documents

Title deed or Oqood, passport copy and a photo. Copies from abroad are fine.

  2. Step 2: Dubai Land Department check

DLD confirms you own the property and that it is worth 2,000,000 or more. Several properties are added up here.

  3. Step 3: Application and pre-approval

We submit your Golden Visa application. The immigration officer reviews it and gives pre-approval.

  4. Step 4: Cancel your current visa

Only if you already have a UAE residence visa. It is cancelled before the new one is issued.

  5. Step 5: Medical test (18 and over)

A quick health check at an approved medical centre. Children under 18 skip this step.

    1. 5.1 Book and apply
    2. 5.2 Screening at the centre
    3. 5.3 Fitness result sent
  6. Step 6: Golden Visa issued

Your 10-year visa is approved and issued digitally.

  7. Step 7: Emirates ID

    2. 7.2 Fingerprints, only if never taken in the UAE (age 15+)

  8. Done. You live in the UAE on your property.

We handle every step above for you and keep you updated at each one.
