Legal
Terms & Conditions.
The terms that govern your use of this site, and how we collect, use and protect your personal information. Current as of 25 September 2026.
Golden Visa Dubai is a sub-business operated by Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC, an independent private consultancy licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Licence No. 1053387. We are a private third-party advisory and document-filing service. We are NOT a UAE government authority, immigration office, or an official government portal, and we have no affiliation with or endorsement from the Government of the UAE. The same applications can be completed directly at icp.gov.ae and gdrfad.gov.ae.
01Who we are
Golden Visa Dubai is operated by Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC, registered at Office M08-27, M1 Floor, Crystal Tower, Millennium Central, Al Asayel St, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC acting through this service.
This website is the Golden Visa arm of that consultancy. It is a sub-business: the same company, the same licence, the same people, presented under a name that describes the one thing this site is for.
02What this service is, and what it is not
We prepare, check and submit residency applications on your behalf through the official federal and Dubai channels, and we keep you informed while they are in process.
We are not a government body and we do not decide applications. No consultancy can. Approval rests entirely with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), under the rules in force on the day your file is assessed.
You are free to file directly with those authorities yourself at no service cost. We say so plainly because a firm that hides it is not one you should use.
03Fees and estimates
Every figure this site produces separates two different things: government fees, which are set by the authorities and paid to them, and our service fee, which is ours.
Calculator output is an estimate for planning. It is generated from published fee schedules and the answers you give, and it is not a quotation, an offer, or a guarantee of the final amount. Government fees change without notice and some are assessed only once a file is opened.
A binding quotation is issued in writing before any work begins, and the final invoice matches it. If something changes mid-file, you hear about it before it is incurred, not after.
04Eligibility information
Eligibility thresholds, document lists and processing times on this site are published in good faith and reviewed regularly against the authorities’ own guidance.
They are general information, not legal advice about your situation. Residency rules are applied case by case and can turn on facts that a web page cannot know. Nothing here creates a professional relationship until you engage us and we confirm it.
05Your responsibilities
A residency file is only as good as what goes into it. When you instruct us, you agree that:
- the information and documents you provide are true, complete and current
- you hold the right to share any third-party documents you send us, including those relating to family members
- you will tell us promptly if your circumstances change while a file is open
- you understand that a false or withheld statement can void an application and may carry consequences under UAE law that we cannot shield you from
06Communication over WhatsApp
Several parts of this site hand off to WhatsApp, because that is how most of our clients prefer to work. When you use one of those buttons your message, phone number and WhatsApp profile name are transmitted to and stored by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
Do not send passport scans, Emirates ID images or financial documents over WhatsApp unless we have asked you to and you are content with that. We will always offer a private alternative.
07Third-party links
We link to government portals and other external sites for your convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement.
08Limits on our liability
We are liable for our own work: if we make an error in preparing or submitting your file, we correct it and bear the cost of correcting it.
We are not liable for an authority’s decision, for a change in the law, for delays within a government department, or for loss arising from information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
09Intellectual property
The text, design, photography, code and marks on this site belong to Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy them.
10Changes to these terms
We update this page when the service changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and it is the version that applies to anything you do on the site from that date. Material changes affecting an open file are communicated to you directly rather than left here to be discovered.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12Reaching us
Questions about these terms: visa@brightlinkconsulting.ae or info@brightlinkconsulting.ae. By phone: +971 56 655 6645. By post: Office M08-27, M1 Floor, Crystal Tower, Millennium Central, Al Asayel St, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
01The short version
We collect what we need to answer you and to file your application, and nothing else. We do not track you across the web, we do not sell data, and this site sets no cookies.
The rest of this page is the same statement with the detail underneath it.
02Who controls your data
Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC, at Office M08-27, M1 Floor, Crystal Tower, Millennium Central, Al Asayel St, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Contact us about anything on this page at visa@brightlinkconsulting.ae or info@brightlinkconsulting.ae.
03What we collect
Only what you type. The enquiry and booking forms ask for:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- the residency route you are asking about
- a preferred date and time, if you are booking a consultation
- anything you choose to write in the message field
04What we do not collect
This site runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or social pixel, no session recording and no chat widget.
It sets no cookies. The one thing stored in your browser is a sessionStorage entry recording that the opening animation has already played, so it does not replay on every page. It contains no identifier, it is never sent to us, and it is discarded when you close the tab.
Typefaces are served from this site’s own domain, so loading a page sends no request to a font provider.
05Why we hold it, and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you engage us — to prepare and submit your residency application. That is the performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
We also keep records where UAE law requires a licensed consultancy to keep them.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not need to send you anything you did not request.
06Who else sees it
Your application data goes to the authority handling it — ICP or GDRFA — because that is the point of the service. Beyond that:
- the map on our contact page is served by a third-party map provider, which receives your IP address when that page loads and nothing else
- if you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy
- our email is hosted by a mail provider, as all email is
- we may be required to disclose information to a UAE authority where the law obliges us to
07Where it is held, and for how long
Records are held in the UAE. Where a service we rely on stores data outside the UAE, we use providers that offer protections equivalent to those required of us here.
Enquiries that do not become files are deleted within twelve months. Client files are retained for the period UAE law requires of a licensed consultancy, and then destroyed.
08Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- provide it in a portable form
- withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it
09Making a request
Write to visa@brightlinkconsulting.ae or info@brightlinkconsulting.ae. We respond within thirty days. We will ask you to confirm your identity first — a request to hand over someone’s residency file is exactly the request an impostor would make.
10Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. We do process children’s details as part of family sponsorship applications — supplied by the sponsoring parent or guardian, handled as part of that file, and held under the same terms as the rest of it.
11Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client files is restricted to the people working on them. No system is perfect, and any claim otherwise should be treated with suspicion; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
12Changes to this policy
The date at the top is the date of the current version. If we change how we handle your data in a way that affects you, we will tell you rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
