Every residence visa file needs two appointments: a DHA medical fitness test, and Emirates ID biometrics. Both are at centres across Dubai, and the queue times vary enormously by location. We book the centre nearest to you and the time slot that fits your day.

How it works
Step by step.
Location and time
You tell us your address and preferred day. We book the nearest centre with availability and confirm the appointment in writing.
Preparation
We send a short checklist — original passport, entry permit, sponsor documents — and confirm the centre’s current fee.
Appointments
Medical and biometrics are usually combined at one visit. Total time on site is 30–60 minutes depending on the centre.
Results
Standard centres return the medical result in 24 hours, VIP centres the same day. The Emirates ID is printed and dispatched to your address.

New residence visa
Every new residency file starts with a medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics.
Visa renewal
Both must be repeated on renewal — the medical certificate is valid for the length of the renewal only.
Job change
Moving employers means a fresh medical test before the new residence visa is stamped.
Family and dependants
Spouse, children and parents each need their own appointment, which we can cluster at one centre on one morning.
VIP or fast-track
Premium centres with same-day results are available for clients on a tight schedule.
Domestic staff
Domestic workers sponsored under your file also need medical and biometrics at the same centres.
